ACC Silicones Ltd

ACC Silicones is an international manufacturer of silicone adhesives, sealants, gels, encapsulants, and coatings with a 30 year history of manufacturing high specification materials for the aerospace, electronic, automotive and many other industries. With manufacturing and technical centres based in Europe and the US we can provide sales and technical support world wide.
In more recent years ACC have targeted our new product development at electrical and electronic applications including; optically clear UV resistant encapsulants, high temperature neutral cure adhesives and thermal transfer compounds. Many of these new products are of particular interest to the designers of LED, PV and automotive technology, requiring protection from the environment and effective heat dissipation to maintain or improve overall performance.
Encapsulants
Optically clear soft gels to reduce stress fractures and harder 40 – 80 Shore A compounds for robust protection. Thermally conductive versions available. RTV or Heat cured
Adhesive Sealants
   Neutral cure (No Corrosion) resistant up to 300ºC, Flowable and paste versions
   Thermally Conductive versions available. RTV and heat cured
Thermal Transfer
   Adhesives, encapsulants and non-setting compounds with ratings up to 3.0 W/mK
Coatings
   100% solid or solvented systems heat or room temperature cure.

ACC has a proactive technical services team, eager to help their customers with new product development, ensuring together they can meet the challenges faced by design and production engineers alike. When required, ACC can produce bespoke formulations to meet individual customer specifications.
