Aixtooling GmbH is the first and, until now, the only toolmaker in Europe to manufacture moulds for precision optics. We support production companies when introducing precision moulding into their operations and can help them to make full use of the enormous potential of this technology.
Our own, highly specialised production facilities combined with an international network of suppliers and research institutes all involved in precision optics moulding help to make us the number one address for the technology services and tool supplies in Europe.
The main focus of our business is the design, manufacture and maintenance of high quality pressing tools for use in precision glass moulding. We also provide support for companies interested in introducing this technology – from initial feasibility studies to full production.
This support includes the design and implementation of suitable precision glass moulding production plant, with the competencies and specialised machines of the Toshiba Machine Co. Ltd. at our disposal at all times.
